Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment.
• 6+ months experience repairing industrial processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand/power tools, precision measurement tools, and electronic testing devices.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and systems.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems with precision instruments.
• Record and adjust boiler chemical and wastewater parameters as needed.
• Perform safety checks on boilers and address repairs.
• Record utility meter readings and take corrective actions.
• Conduct daily/weekly location/system safety checks and address concerns.
• Inspect/clean/ lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and components.
• Use CMMS for job tasks and reporting.
