Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records for all work orders and inspections.
• Assist with scheduling or onboarding of new maintenance team members.
