Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle daily upkeep of our apartment community in Seattle, WA. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires availability for on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities include repairs across appliances, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, turnovers, preventative maintenance, and basic grounds keeping. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry.
• Ability to prepare units for turnover and inspect repairs.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance routines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs – Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Apartment Turnover – Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative Care – Perform routine maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Help maintain common areas and landscaping.
• On-Call & Safety – Be available for after-hours emergencies and know utility shut-offs.
• Teamwork & Standards – Follow policies and support resident education.
