Qualifikationen

• 2+ years prior experience in a maintenance role.
• 1+ years experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills with input in English into software.
• CAMT and CPO certifications are a plus.
• Must be able to supply own tools.

Aufgaben

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure communication.
• Schedules preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as directed.
• Participates in safety meetings and OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and repairs within homes and property areas.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
• Exceeds residents’ expectations for customer service.
