Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of our apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires after-hours availability on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

You will handle appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry repairs; prepare units for new residents; perform routine preventative maintenance; assist with grounds and common areas; and support resident services to keep

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & repairs – fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Apartment turnover – prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative care – perform routine maintenance on equipment following manuals.
• Cleaning & grounds – clean common areas, assist with basic landscaping and exterior repairs.
• On-call & safety – be available for after-hours emergencies and know utility shut-offs.
• Teamwork & standards – follow policies, work with the property team, and maintain a professional attitude.
