Legacy Partners is seeking a dedicated on-site Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep of our apartment communities. You’ll handle appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, plus turnover tasks and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the property team, performing safety checks, handling after-hours emergencies, and maintaining clean, safe common areas. The role requires reliability and a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property maintenance or similar settings.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Willingness to participate in on-call emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry as needed.
• Prepare units for new residents and perform turnover inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and follow schedules.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and grounds; support exterior repairs.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the property team to uphold standards and resident satisfaction.
