Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, in-person role in Portland, OR. You will perform unit turns, routine maintenance, and on-call duties to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Experience with unit turns, work orders, and/or appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills; input data in English into software.
• CAMT and/or CPO is a plus; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Participates in safety meetings and abides by OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Inspects and coordinates needed make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required; strives to exceed residents' expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
