Thrive Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform unit turns, handle work orders, and support property operations at our Washington sites. The role requires hands-on maintenance, customer-focused service, and teamwork with property staff.

This is a full-time, on-site position with after-hours on-call as needed. The ideal candidate brings maintenance experience, the ability to use basic computer systems, and a willingness to stay compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Experience with unit turns, work orders, and appliance repair is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; ability to input data into software in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Coordinate with leasing staff and managers for seamless communication.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as directed.
