Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lake Oswego, Oregon to perform routine and emergency maintenance across sites. The role involves unit turns, responding to work orders, and coordinating with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates should have 1+ years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills for data entry, and own tools. CAMT/CPO is a plus; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Must have basic computer skills with ability to input data and notes in English into software programs.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.
• Must be able to supply own tools.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication and organization.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
