Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and ensure orderliness of property systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting).
• Inspect and repair components; fulfill resident service requests promptly.
• Adhere to company safety policies and environmental procedures.
• Operate on a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
