Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Welding, electrical, and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in installing new equipment and on special fabrication projects.
• Follows preventative maintenance schedule and supports Level 1 training.
• Performs machine repair such as replacing motors and gear boxes; runs piping.
• Greases and oils plant equipment daily; inspects and replaces parts as needed.
• Diagnoses control circuits and VFD installations; maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Participates in safety meetings and supports safety programs.
