Candidates should have five+ years of related maintenance experience, proficiency in trades, valid driver's license, and ability to respond to on-call and emergency requests;

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Some supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to other regional locations for work.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on building systems and appliances, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Lead or supervise other maintenance staff when required.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Adhere to safety standards and LMH policies.
