• Ability to follow instructions and work independently to repair and maintain equipment.
• Willingness to train and obtain licenses/certifications if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a service-oriented attitude and respond to service requests from residents.
• Attend to emergencies and service calls promptly and safely.
• Report hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Inform supervisor of damages to property and assist with repairs as needed.
• Prepare turnover apartments and manage basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled.
