Qualifications

Good organizational and time management skills; CFC Type 2 may be required.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional and service-oriented attitude with residents.
Respond promptly to emergencies and service calls.
Communicate hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Notify supervisor of damages to structures or grounds.
Promote fair housing standards and equal housing opportunity.
Complete service order requests timely and accurately.
Monitor maintenance supply inventory and inform supervisor of items needed.
Service and maintain community equipment for uninterrupted use.
Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ventilation systems.
Participate in 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
