Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Washington, DC. You will support the upkeep of multifamily properties, perform routine maintenance, and respond to service requests while developing essential trades skills.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in maintenance or porter work (multifamily preferred) and exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, plus a High School Diploma or GED. Flexible hours include on-call duties and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas and complete routine service requests.
• Perform make-ready tasks, paint touch-ups, and minor repairs; replace basic hardware.
• Assist with inspections, preventative maintenance, seasonal prep, and storm response.
