BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support maintenance of our multifamily properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies, while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include completing requests promptly, helping with preventive maintenance programs, and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines. Strong teamwork and reliable tools are essential.

Formación

• Six months to one year of general maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and make-readies.
• Monitor and report hazards; assist with safety compliance.
• Support with maintenance requests and resident communications.
