BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with oversight of physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. The role involves diagnosing problems, performing general repairs, and assisting with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance projects on site.

The position requires basic computer skills, a willingness to follow safety guidelines, and a general maintenance background.

Formación

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose problems and make general repairs to units and common areas.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety and inventory of tools and equipment.
• Respond to resident requests and report hazards to supervisors.
• Comply with OSHA and other safety requirements.
