Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with oversight of the property assets and resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and help with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance. You’ll also support construction or rehabilitation projects as needed.

Focus on safety, timely repairs, and compliance with BH guidelines. You must own basic hand tools and work under supervision in a on-site environment at our Raleigh properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and safety awareness.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and unit upkeep to move-in-ready state.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with make-readies.
• Identify and report hazards to Community/Service Managers.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and BH program guidelines.
