Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills needed to perform job functions.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Experience with HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance requests and apartment make-readies to move-in-ready condition.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform basic repairs as directed.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to supervisors.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to resident requests per standards.
