WinnCompanies is offering a 12-month Maintenance Apprenticeship across multiple Boston-area properties, combining hands-on training with expert instruction. Participants will be paid as full-time maintenance apprentices while building skills for future leadership in facilities maintenance.
The program includes 2,000 hours of on-the-job training and 150 hours of technical instruction at The Peterson School in Worcester, with travel and training time covered.
