• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.

Skills

EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license

Valid Driver's License

Proficient in English

Education
