Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• 2–3+ years of direct technical work experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are well cared for and functioning.
• Perform irrigation system repairs and routine maintenance.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and related tasks.
• Work with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend daily meetings and coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs; may drive maintenance trucks.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
