Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Manatee Cove in Melbourne, FL. You will oversee daily repairs, manage vacant-unit preparation, and supervise in-house and vendor work to keep our 192-unit community well-maintained.

We value HVAC expertise, organization, and strong problem-solving. The role includes on-site hours, a weekend on-call rotation, and opportunities for growth within a premier residential property company.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of maintenance experience in similar roles.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities.
• EPA Section 608 license or EPA Universal preferred.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Interview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance technician or grounds personnel positions
• Execute subsequent training of maintenance or grounds personnel
• Manage scheduling and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work
• Maintain supply and tool inventory; oversee ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment
• Assist in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for maintenance and grounds personnel
• Ensure OSHA standards are met at all times and maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property
• Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service; seek educational opportunities for personal growth

Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing Richman Maintenance Team!

Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Manatee Cove, our 192-unit multifamily residential community located in Melbourne, FL 32901
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a weekend on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred


• Experience: Minimum four (4+) years of maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II


• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities


• Experience with Yardi software products a plus


• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal Technician license


• Valid Driver's License required


• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment


• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
