Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to repair and upgrade equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operation of motorized material handling systems. The schedule is Fri–Sun days with overtime as needed.

Join a team-focused environment; you’ll document repairs, use hand and power tools, read schematics, and support general facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upgrade equipment and facilities as assigned (plumbing, painting, general upkeep).
• Perform preventive maintenance on motorized handling equipment including lubrication and adjustments.
• Document necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Operate hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning for events and functions.
