Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role focuses on maintenance and repairs of equipment and building systems, with a Fri–Sun, days schedule.

Safety, documentation, and teamwork are core expectations for this entry-level position. You will perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, use hand and power tools, and assist with facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities as assigned.
• Complete preventive maintenance on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment.
• Document necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
