Strong electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills are essential. The technician ensures safety, quality, and move-in readiness while collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to safely perform duties.
• Willingness to travel; 1-3 days travel may occur weekly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose workable solutions.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management directives.
• Knowledge of apartment building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys; install appliances as needed.
• Perform exterior/interior painting and caulking; minor drywall repair.
• Handle painting prep and post-paint touch-ups; organize punch lists.
• Assist with electrical/plumbing repairs and A/C/heating systems.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on appliances and systems.
• Support team with special projects and vendor coordination.
