Job summary

Dayforce in Abington, MA seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to perform basic maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with turnovers and make-ready readiness for vacated apartments.
• Perform minor drywall patching, painting, and basic repairs on fixtures.
• Monitor inventory and deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist senior staff on larger maintenance projects and at other properties as required.
• Respond to after-hours on-call needs under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, handle snow removal and seasonal exterior tasks.
