Job summary

The Westover Companies in Aldan, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, service requests, and preventative work across apartment properties. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with on-call shifts and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Ideal candidates will diagnose HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, use standard tools, and maintain safety protocols while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Able to lift heavy items and work on ladders at heights.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service requests at apartment properties.
• Handle turnovers and preventative maintenance to units and common areas.
• Share on-call responsibilities.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas.
• Attend in-house training and maintain maintenance logs.
