The Maintenance Technician I at The Retreat at Lake Johnson in Raleigh, NC is responsible for performing all necessary maintenance across the apartment community, from carpentry to basic repairs. You will be part of a team that delivers timely service requests, helps with make-ready units, and maintains safety standards while supporting a positive resident experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
