Job summary

Highmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician I for the Kildaire Reserve community. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance work and lock rekeying to keep the property in top shape.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to work a variable schedule and on-call as needed. You’ll contribute to safety, preventive maintenance, and community preservation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
