Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance work at ReNue Downtown in Phoenix. You will help keep the community safe and well-maintained while delivering responsive service to residents.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable self-starters with make-ready and apartment maintenance experience; you’ll work a flexible schedule, be on-call as needed, and contribute to a team that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
