Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Onyx Winter Park, a 336-unit community in Casselberry, FL. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and focuses on efficient maintenance operations.

You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units for occupancy, manage supplies and inventory, and respond promptly to resident requests. The position offers on-site work with a strong training program and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician.
• Electrical & plumbing skills / troubleshooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Responsive, courteous, and efficient in handling all resident requests.

Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.
