Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician I at Wrecker's Cay in Florida to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related duties. You will install and maintain locks, address service requests promptly, and contribute to the community’s preventive maintenance plan while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and team players with make-ready and apartment maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
