Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance duties at Regency Park. You will install, repair, and rekey locks, complete service requests promptly, and participate in preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Moves objects from one floor to another
