Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Sabal Chase community. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a flexible schedule, and a focus on safety and timely service requests. We offer career development, competitive pay, and a 30% associate rent discount.

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
