Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for the Las Villas De Kino community in Tucson, AZ. The role covers a range of maintenance tasks to keep the property in excellent condition and respond to service requests promptly.

You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and related duties, install locks, and participate in preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards. A valid driver's license and flexible/on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.

What your day to day might look like:
