Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for San Marco Villas in Florida. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance upkeep across an apartment community.

You will install, repair, and rekey locks while ensuring all requests are completed promptly and safety standards are followed. A team-focused, dependable, self-starter attitude is essential.
