Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties at the Cascade apartment community. You will install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks and ensure timely completion of service requests while following safety standards.
