Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for an apartment community. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance duties on-site at Cascade.

You will install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and participate in preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards. The position offers opportunities for professional development and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team player.
