Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Hampton property. The role entails carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and preventive maintenance to keep the community in top condition.

The position offers hourly pay from $22.60 to $27.12, with benefits starting after onboarding and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Formación

• Make-ready and apartment maintenance experience required.
• Must be punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player capable of working with maintenance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
• Participate in preservation plan and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain company safety standards.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Moves objects from one floor to another
• Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
• Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
