Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks at the apartment community. You will install, repair and rekey deadbolt locks and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

The role blends hands-on maintenance with safety and preventive programs, contributing to the community’s preservation plan. You should be punctual, dependable, and a self-starter, willing to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

Physical Requirements:

• Moves objects from one floor to another
• Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
