Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Ranchstone community in Parker, CO. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance maintenance, and you will install and rekey deadbolt locks while ensuring timely completion of service requests.

We value punctuality, dependability and a proactive, team-oriented approach. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for on-call shifts are preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
