Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for an on-site role at the Chestnut Ridge community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties while supporting the Service Manager with day-to-day needs.

• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to emergency service calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
