Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Legacy Heights community. The role involves carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing and lock work to keep the apartment community well-maintained and safe.

You will join a team focused on timely service requests and ongoing upkeep. We offer Community-wide development, a 30% rent discount for associates, and full benefits starting after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable, self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.

Responsibilities
