Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in San Marco Villas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance duties across the community. You will install, repair, and rekey deadbolts and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

You will participate in the ongoing community preservation program and uphold safety standards while maintaining a high level of customer service for residents.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance.
