Job summary

The Arbors of Euless is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance repair at the community. This on-site role requires reliable transportation and a proactive approach to upkeep and safety.

You should have make-ready and apartment maintenance experience, be punctual and dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule with on-call duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner; participates in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
