Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Brandemere in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and support the Service Manager to run the maintenance programs for the community.

Candidates should have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible on-call schedule. A C Certification Type II or Universal is preferred, with monthly bonus opportunities and associate

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
