Maryland Management Company is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Maryland. You will perform resident work orders, handle apartment turnovers, and assist with after-hours emergencies.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills, plus reliable transportation and your own tools. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20–$28 based on experience, and 100% company-paid health insurance for employees with strong

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
