Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Severn, MD property portfolio. You will handle resident work orders, perform apartment turnovers, respond to emergency after-hours calls, and participate in snow removal while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• CFC certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required after conditional offer.

Job Description

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• CFC certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
