Job summary

Maryland Management Company in Hagerstown, MD, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support resident services by handling work orders, turnovers, after-hours emergencies, and snow removal. Use plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance skills to keep communities well maintained.

HVAC (EPA 608) certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license and own tools required. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits and growth into operations and property management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.

3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
